MobileArchiver supports BlackBerry and Windows Mobile phones. You will also need a mobile data plan and email service configured.
Other phones will be supported in the future.
MobileArchiver for Outlook
MobileArchiver for Outlook supports Windows XP and upwards, and works great with Office 2003 and above.
- .Net 2.0 on the desktop machine
- ActiveSync or Mobile Device Center
- Microsoft Outlook 2003+
- Windows Mobile phone
In case you need to contact support, it is recommended that you include the log file generated by MobileArchiver. To retrieve the file:
- bring up the Windows Start menu
- if you are on Windows XP click on Run, if you are on Windows Vista click on the Start Search box.
- type %appdata%\Sansango\ and press Enter
- This will bring up a File Explorer window which should show a file. Please include that file in the email you send to support.
MobileArchiver does not log any personally identifiable information.
